Job Responsibilities: Should have experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have the ability to market consultants on bench to prime vendors. Strong experience in marketing SAP consultants. Should be able to place location specific consultants. Must interact with the bench consultants on daily basis without fail. Experience in interacting/marketing senior consultants at higher rates/good margin. Good knowledge on US Tax terms W2,1099, C2C . Working experience with direct vendors. Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources. Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network on daily basis to get the Bench consultants placed in minimal turnaround time. Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Career Builders etc. Should co-ordinate with interview process and all the concerned till the position is closed. Generating leads of H1B/GC/OPT visa transfers and connect them to the concerned manager. Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants Submit daily and weekly reports to the manager.
